The people responsible for the development of SushiTrainer.com are Mr. Nobutake Takagi/CTO and ENOVATE. They manage many basic elements of the site, as well as updates. Mr. Takagi will continue to help with the site on a regular basis. All of the content contained on this site, from the articles about sushi, to the ones about Japanese culture, are organized by the SushiTrainer.com staff. Our school would not be possible without the help of everyone seen here.

Currently, we are developing a toy that helps you remember the correct way to make Nigiri sushi. We named it the "NIGIRI-TOY". At the latest, the NIGIRI-TOY should be ready by 2008. We would like to introduce this toy to all our members here at SushiTrainer.com. The design is already complete, we are just deciding on the appropriate manufacturing process. This toy has a realistic texture to it and feels like real rice, allowing one to use their fingers to practice handling sushi anywhere and anytime. It makes no noise, making it perfect to use in just about any type of environment. It is a toy, but one for adults, and more importantly, students of sushi. I would actually say it is more of a tool, as it helps with learning the proper gripping technique for Nigiri sushi. |
