Assumption of the Risk, Release and Waiver Statement

In consideration for the acceptance of my registration as a participant in the above entitled course, and with the understanding that my participation in this event is only on condition that

I enter into this agreement, for myself, my heirs and assignees, I hereby assume the inherent and extraordinary risks involved in this event and any risks inherent in any other activities connected with this event in which I may voluntarily participate.  I expressly assume the risk of and accept full responsibility for any and all illness and injuries, including death and accidents, which may occur as a result of my participation in this event and release from liability Sushitrainer.com; its directors, trustees, officers, agents, representatives, employees, members, and independent contractors; and any sponsor associated with this event.  I hereby waive, release and surrender any claim that I may have hereafter as a result of my participation and/or the participation of my child(ren) in this event and in any other activities connected with this event in which I may voluntarily participate.

By registering for a SushiTrainer.com you agree not to share your username and password information with anyone other than the primary account holder. We (SushiTrainer.com) do allow the primary account holder to share access to the online school section of our website with other members of their household. We (SushiTrainer.com) reserve the right to restrict all account access of users found to be in violation of this agreement, without refund of any previously paid tuition fees for any time that access to our website is denied for this or any other reason. However, we will provide sufficient notice before taking such action.

I have carefully read this Agreement, understand that I am releasing certain legal rights that I otherwise have, and enter into this Agreement freely and voluntarily.  I understand that Sushitrainer.com, in accepting my registration, does so based on this representation.
